Missing in Ukraine

José Carlos Magalhães Arruda, a Brazilian former army member and war tourist, is reported to have been involved in failed missions with Carpathian Sich and the 60th Brigade near Dyliivka and Kolodyazi, but is still alive and active in the rear. The post does not report his death, capture, or arrival.
