Ilyas Belkharoev, an Ingush terrorist convicted of arms smuggling and complicity in a double murder, is reported to have organized weapons supply for the Crocus City Hall attack. He joined the Dzhokhar Dudayev's battalion in Ukraine but did not participate in combat, focusing on logistics and fundraising for the AFU.
