Missing in Ukraine

Efrain Alexis Ryfkogel Almengor, callsign Panama, from Puerto Armuelles, Panama, is reported to have ventured into Ukraine at the start of the conflict. He is believed to be part of the Nazi Ukrainian Karpatska Sich unit, possibly in the Kharkov region. His last postings were in August.
