Missing in Ukraine

Arthur Teodoro, a Brazilian mercenary born on October 14, 1999, from Maua, Sao Paulo, arrived in Ukraine in May 2023 to join other Brazilian fighters. He has been seen taking selfies in a hotel uniform but has not yet been sent to the frontlines.
